Farm Tour
OISCA farm, Nekken, Palau

The OISCA farm has fruit tree and vegetable crops grown on a market-garden scale.

Here we see a field of sugarcane, taro, bell peppers, onions, beans, and cucumbers lined with betel nut palms.

A close-up of the vegetable crops shown in the above photo. From front to back: taro, bell pepper, onion, and beans.

Trellised cucumbers with row covers for weed control.

The group enjoys a break in the rain.

A jackfruit orchard is growing adjacent to the vegetable fields in the foreground.
